Dear Member of the Public,
REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT Reference No F-2010-00710

I write in connection with your request for information received on 12 July 2010, I note you seek access to
the following information:
I note you seek access to the following information:
Paolo Fiora Italian, born 21 April founder of LAACE= London Alliance against Covert Human Experimentation has been resident of North London for many years. (He is not to be confused with synonymous Italian Paolo Fiora 35,in marketing and boyscout) He reports on the net, but has also described to me and our LAACE community attacks with Masers, electromagnetic hand held weapons that shoot through walls and attacks with ELFs, weapons with extreme low frequencies that shoot through walls, ceiling and make the target freeze with cold. So Masers and ELFs are DEWS Directed Energy Weapons that fry or freeze a target in his home mostly late 3-5 am when the target cannot go away to a hostel or other place to escape the attack. 1. Any records of this DEWs torture case? 2. Any forms that you could post to Paolo Fiora to fill in for DEWs and ELFs torture. 3. Guarantees that if he files a complaint re DEWs attacks you don't forcibly section the person to be injected with toxic Risperidone or injured with ECT.But HPA Health protection Agency watts per kilo weight measurements to meter the residue of electricity in body from the attacks and dosimetry badge to monitor future non-ionising radiation attacks at home with weapons from next door. 4. Is the Force aware that since 2000 the 6 Patten reports pdfs where ACPO assessed what types of less-lethal including ADS and DEWs are suitable for public order it is complicity to torture to deny their DEWs ELFs EMF weapons existence, when factually the ACPO was assessing a range of them in 2000 already? I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is
blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as
being published, and therefore in the public domain without caveat.
Your request for information has now been considered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and Bedfordshire Police can neither confirm nor deny that it holds any information relating to
Question 1 of the above request.
The information requested is exempt under section 40 (Personal Information) of The Act, as the
information constitutes third party data. Section 40(2) provides that personal data about third parties is
exempt information if one of the conditions set out in section 40(3) is satisfied. Under The Act disclosure
of this information would breach the fair processing principle contained in the Data Protection Act (DPA),
where it would be unfair to that person/is confidential.
Section 40 of The Act is a class based absolute exemption and as such the legislators have identified that
there would be harm in disclosure and there is no need to evidence this or carry out a public interest test.
Section 1 of The Act places two duties on public authorities. Unless exemptions apply, the first duty at
S1(1)(a) is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a request is held.
The second duty at s1(1)(b) is to disclose information that has been confirmed as being held. Where
exemptions are relied upon section 17 of The Act requires that we provide the applicant with a notice
which: a) states that fact, b) specifies the exemption(s) in question and c) states (if that would not
otherwise be apparent) why the exemption applies.
Bedfordshire Police can neither confirm nor deny if it holds the information relevant to your request as the
duty in s1(1)(a) of The Act does not apply, by virtue of Section 40(5) Personal Information.
In accordance with Section 17 The Act, this serves as a Refusal Notice for this particular question. This
action cannot be taken as confirmation or denial that Bedfordshire Police holds the information you have
asked for.

We describe two extensions of CLP( ), motivated by an application to model-based diagnosis of active analog lters. The rst extension addresses the problem ofrounding errors in CLP( ). We represent eals with oating-point intervals whichare computed by outward rounding. The second extension increases the expressive-ness of linear CLP( ). Constants in linear expressions can now be intervals, whic
