Door Contact Model CT200
Product Specifications Sheet
The detector is powered by one lithium battery that can last four years or more, depending on the amount of detector activ-ity. The detector transmits a check-in signal every eight minutes that includes its unique identification code, along with the cur-rent open/close state, tamper conditions, and battery status.
• WiseLink® technology—bidirectional, encrypted RF with AES algorithm provides optimum signal integrity and security.
• Supervised—transmits a check-in/status signal every 8 minutes indicating open/closed state, tamper state, and bat-tery status.
• Dual tamper—provides detection for both detector removal from the base or mounting surface.
• External input—accepts normally closed (NC), dry (no power) circuits from standard market hardwire intrusion devices, including fast response devices.
• Four working modes—internal switch only, external input The Door Contact Model CT200 is a battery operated, wireless only, internal switch and external input, internal switch and external input with fast response.

and closing of doors, windows, or cabinet doors/drawers.
The CT200 consists of a detector, a magnet with housing, an external input, and WiseLink® bidirectional, encrypted RF cir- cuitry for secure two-way communication with the control panel. A dual tamper function provides detection for both detector removal from the base or mounting surface. The detec- tor is typically installed on the stationary surface of an opening (door frame or window frame), while the magnet is installed on With the door or window closed, the magnetic field forces a reed switch inside the detector to close, creating a secured con-dition. When the alarm system is armed and the door or win-dow is opened, the detector transmits an open signal. The control panel receives this signal and responds according to system configuration/programming.
The external input accepts a normally closed (NC), dry (no power) circuit from standard market hardwire intrusion or smoke/heat sensing detectors. Fast response devices can also be used. Four different working modes determine whether the internal switch, external input, or both are active.
One screw secures detector to base; two screws secure detector to mounting Maximum 3/8 in (10 mm) gap between detector and magnet.
