MEDICATION STORAGE INFORMATION
Bravelle 75IU - Store at room temperature or refrigerate (37-77°F). Protect from
light. Use immediately after reconstitution/mixing. Discard unused material.
Cetrotide 0.25mg - Store refrigerated (36-46°F). Store in original box. Use
immediately after reconstitution/mixing.
Cetrotide 3.0mg - Store at room temperature (68-77°F) excursions permitted to
(59-86°F). Store in original box. Use immediately after reconstitution/mixing.
Crinone 8% Vaginal Gel - Store at room temperature excursions permitted
between (59-86°F).
Endometrin lOOmg Vaginal Inserts - Store at room temperature (68-77°F)
excursions permitted between (59-86°F).
Follistim AQ Cartridge 300IU, 600IU, 900IU - Store refrigerated until the
expiration date OR at room temperature (77°F) for 3 months or until expiration
date, whichever occurs first. Once the Cartridge has been pierced by a needle, it
can be stored for a maximum of 28 days refrigerated or at room temperature (36-
77°F). Protect from light. Do not freeze.
Follistim AQ Vial 75IU, 150IU - Store refrigerated (36-46°F) until the expiration
date OR at room temperature or below (77°F) for 3 months or until expiration,
whichever occurs first. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Store in original carton.
Ganirelix 250mcg Syringe - Store at room temperature (77°F) excursions
permitted to (59-86°F). Protect from light.
Gonal-f 75IU Vial - Store at room temperature or refrigerate (36-77°F) until
expiration date. Do not freeze. Protect from light. After reconstitution/mixing: Use
immediately. Discard unused material. Do not store drug in the syringe.
Gonal-f Multidose 450IU, 1050IU - Before reconstitution/mixing: Store at room
temperature
reconstitution/mixing: Store at room temperature OR refrigerated for up to 28 days.
Do not store drug in syringe. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Note: Once
reconstituted/mixed write the day of reconstitution/mixing on the box in order to
keep track of its 28 day shelf life.
Gonal-f Pens 300IU, 450IU, 900IU - Before first use: Store refrigerated (36-46°F)
until expiration date OR at room temperature (68-77°F) for up to 3 months or until
expiration, whichever occurs first. After initial use: Store at room temperature OR
refrigerated for up to 28 days. Protect from light. Do not freeze.

HCG 10,000 Units Vial - Store at room temperature (68-77°F). After
reconstitution/mixing: Refrigerate and use within 60 days.
HCG Dilution - Keep refrigerated. Do not use after expiration indicated on vial.
Leuprolide (Lupron) 14 day kit - Store room temperature (below 77°F). Do not
freeze. Protect from light.
Luveris 75IU Vial - Store at room temperature or refrigerated (36-77°F) in the
original box. Protect from light. Use immediately after reconstitution/mixing. Discard
unused material.
Menopur 75IU Vial - Store at room temperature or refrigerated (37-77°F). Protect
from light. Use immediately after reconstitution/mixing. Discard unused material.

Microdose Leuprolide/Leuprolide Dilution Vial - Keep refrigerated. Do not use
after expiration indicated on vial.



Novarel 10,000 Units Vial - Store at room temperature (68-77°F) excursions
permitted between (59-86°F). After reconstitution/mixing: Refrigerate (36-46°F) and
use within 30 days.
Ovidrel 250mcg Prefilled Syringe - Store refrigerated (36-46°F) until expiration
date OR at room temperature (68-77°F) for not more than 30 days. Protect from Pregnyl 10,000 Units Vial - Store at room temperature (59-86°F). After
reconstitution/mixing: Refrigerate and use within 60 days.
Progesterone in Oil for Injection - Store at room temperature (68-77°F). Do not
refrigerate.
Progesterone Vaginal Suppositories - Store at room temperature or may
refrigerate.
Prometrium - Store at room temperature; excursions permitted to (59-86°F).
Protect from excessive moisture.
Repronex 75IU Vial - Store at room temperature or refrigerated (37-77°F). Protect
from light. Use immediately after reconstitution/mixing. Discard unused material.
