1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SUBSTANCE/MIXTURE AND OF THE COMPANY/UNDERTAKING 1.1 Identification of the product: METAL BOX – REPAIR BOX WITH ALUMINUM NET 1.2. Use of the substance/mixture: 2-component putty based on unsaturated polyester resin with aluminium net. Used for filling up the holes in a car body. 1.3. Manufacturer/supplier identification:
Harmful product. Harmful by inhalation. Irritating to eyes and skin.
Flammable liquid. Avoid contact with strong oxidants.
3. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS
Administer Dexamethasone aerosol (Auxiloson, Pulmicort) for inhalation. Ensure calm, quiet surroundings, fresh air, and seek medical advice.
Take off soiled clothes. Wash off with plenty of lukewarm water (at least 15 minutes). Consult a doctor in the event of skin reaction.
Hold the eyes open and rinse immediately with plenty of lukewarm water (at least 15 minutes). Contact with ophthalmologist.
Do not provoke vomiting (risk of choking). Rinse mouth with lukewarm water. Give 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water. Medical help is required.
Powder, foam resistant to alcohols, carbon dioxide, watermist.
Fire may cause the generation of carbon monoxide.
Fireman has to wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing.
Cool adjacent tanks by spraying water from a safe distance.
PERSONAL PROTECTION: Eliminate sources of ignitron. Ensure sufficient ventilation in his room. Avoid direct contact with the released substance. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Put on protective equipment see chapter 8. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Prevent to get through to the sewage system, to the surface water, underground water, to the soil. In case of a major spillage the affected area should be separate with bounds. ACTION IN CASE OF SPILLAGE: Seal the container, damaged containers should be placed in emergency containers. Besprinkle spillage, use e.g. mica, wood flour, sand. Remove the substance mechanically and put to emergency containers. For further disposal measures: see charter 13.

Keep away from heat and sources of fire. Do not smoke. Do not inhale vapours. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Take precautionary measures against electrostatic loading. Use only in well ventilated place.
Keep in sealed containers in cool, well-ventilated place. Storage in the vicinity of a large quantity of organic peroxides or strong oxidants is prohibited.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION

11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION (literature data)
TOXICITY: Toxicological studies at the preparation are not available. Estimation on the basis of the data regarding
LCL0 (human, inhalation) 10000 ppm/0.5 hour.
Skin: irritating to skin and mucous membranes.
Headache and vertigo, fatigue, decreased muscle power, sleepiness and, in exceptional instances, loss of consciousness. If swallowed, the substance may cause irritation of the alimentary tract, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.
12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION (literature data)
Ecological studies at the preparation are not available. Estimation on the basis of the data regarding dangerous components of the product. The product is very poorly soluble in water. Keep away from the sewage system, surface water, underground water, and soil.

Remains of product in the tin should be carefully remove and harden using suitable hardener. ATTENTION: remains should be hardened in small portions far from flammable substances. Much amount of heat is emitting in the time of reaction! Harden product is not harmfully substance.
